As an intern, you get to experience Mercedes-AMG at close quarters. You will gain direct insights into the working world of a performance-oriented company, immediately allowing you to become closely involved in the development of our high-performance sports cars. Mercedes-AMG cooperates with the Master's programs of the Steinbeis School of International Business and Entrepreneurship (SIBE) and the School of Management and Technology (SMT). The guiding principle of the course is the immediate practical transfer of the theoretical content learned. AMG offers you the option of a career-integrated Master's degree: Master of Science (M.Sc.), Master of Business Administration (MBA) and Master of Business Engineering (MBE).

We offer you the opportunity to work on your bachelor’s or master’s thesis in all areas of our company. 100% passion + motorsport up close + a very special form of togetherness = Formula Student, a motorsport event that allows teams of students from all over the world to take part in an international design competition that has now developed into a highly professional event. In the meantime, more than 580 student racing teams from all corners of the globe compete to achieve the best ranking. Formula Student Germany takes place once a year at the Hockenheimring, with around 140 German and international teams competing to put their vehicles through their paces across three categories: combustion, electric, and driverless.
As part of a sponsorship arrangement, Mercedes-AMG supports two teams at Esslingen University of Applied Sciences (Rennstall and E-Stall) and a team at Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KA-RaceIng). In 2022, we also started supporting the StarkStrom team at Augsburg University of Applied Sciences.
