Our trainee program: the AMG Passion Pool
The AMG Passion Pool is an 18-month trainee program that prepares university graduates and people with previous work experience for a successful start at the company. We offer you unique insights into the motorsport and high-performance brand of the Mercedes-Benz Group. As an OEM, we’re responsible for all kinds of processes – from all activities relating to development to car design, electronics, all aspects of marketing, and of course sales.
In addition to becoming involved in project assignments and internships within Germany, you can also expand your network of contacts and put your knowledge to the test in the overall Group of companies – including abroad. This is a unique opportunity for you to become a permanent member of the Mercedes-AMG team. Our program includes customized training modules, each designed to support you in your development – not only on a professional level but also personally. To ensure you get the most out of this 18-month program, you will also be supported by a mentor and your manager.
